My name is Barbara Ann Scott and I am the Broker of WOWza Realty, here in Kingsland, Georgia. My Husband, Rob or "Papa Bear" as he is so fondly called by his former aircrew buddies, is also a huge part of my life & career. With all of his experience in the military; I like to get as much advice from him as I can. Being a military family has made us strong; and we enjoy being there for each other!
We love living in St. Marys, where I have convenience with a country lifestyle; and also friends and family nearby. We are only minutes to the Interstate and commuting conveniently to either Brunswick, Georgia or Jacksonville, Florida, for when I want to be adventurous and go "antiquing" or aimlessly shopping for anything that I can't find here first in St. Marys! And being only 25 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport, it makes it extremely easy when relatives want to come relax and enjoy the serenity here in St. Marys. Rob and I want to be the first to welcome you to St. Mary's Georgia and have the opportunity to share with you why we love to call here home!
Years prior to attaining my "State of Georgia Real Estate Commission" Sales Associate, Associate Brokers, and finally my Qualifying Brokers License. I was the Office Manager and Property Manager with a Local Real Estate Company here in St. Marys, Georgia.

- I am a full time Realtor® in the St.Marys GA, Kingsland GA & Kings Bay Sub Base Georgia Real Estate areas, with experience in Residential, New Construction, Land Sales, Military Relocation and World Wide Relocations.
- I am an active real estate member (Realtor®) of the Camden/Charlton Board of Realtors in St. Marys, Georgia.
- I am an Active Member & Ambassador for the Camden-Kings Bay Chamber of Commerce in the Kings Bay GA area.
- I was Ambassador of the Year-2005-2006 for the Camden-Kings Bay Chamber of Commerce.
- I am a "Honor Graduate" of Leadership Camden-2007 in the Kings Bay Georgia area.
- I am active in many community committees, such as: Government / Community Affairs Committee Meeting, St. Marys Earthkeepers, Kingsland DDA, CAG (Community Action Group)and a proud plank owner of the USS Georgia!.
- I feel that in the Real Estate Industry, especially here in the St. Marys Georgia Real Estate Market, that is constantly changing, the only way to do a quality job, is to keep up your continuing education.
- I have successfully passed and acquired the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR®), Associate Broker, & e-RESN expert.
